These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the event management services provided by PittHungama. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services:
   ➤PittHungama offers event management services, including but not limited to event planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Client Responsibilities:
   ➤Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their event requirements. ➤Clients must adhere to payment schedules and deadlines as outlined in the agreement.
3. Refund & Cancellation:
   ➤PittHungama is not liable for providing any refund on booking cancellation in any scenario.
4. Liability:
   ➤PittHungama is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by the client or event attendees, unless caused by our negligence.
5. Force Majeure:
   ➤PittHungama is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
6. Intellectual Property:
   ➤All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to event concepts, designs, and materials, remain the property of PittHungama.
7. Changes to Services:
   ➤PittHungama reserve all rights to change the services at any given point and time.
